For shipments between the Canary Islands, the delivery time is a maximum of 72 hours.
In Granaloe we have a daily home service from Monday to Friday on the islands of Gran Canaria.
For shipments to the Peninsula, Balearic Islands, Melilla, Ceuta, the delivery time is 5 to 7 business days.
For shipments to Europe, delivery times can vary between 7 to 8 business days.

In case of being a new or out of stock item, we will deliver it as soon as possible after arrival at our warehouses.
In case you are not satisfied with your order, you can make your return within a maximum period of 14 business days from the date of receipt of the order, according to art. 44 of Law 7/1996, of January 15, on Retail Trade Management amended by Law 47/2002, of December 19. For this, it is essential that the product has not been used, has its original packaging and is in perfect condition.
To make your return, write an email to the following email address email@example.com The department in charge will receive your request and will indicate the instructions to be paid for the shipping costs of the product to be returned or for exchange for another product you want.
In the case of receiving a defective, damaged or in poor condition, you can request its replacement by email firstname.lastname@example.org, indicating the order number in the subject and attaching photographs of the product in question. Once the merchandise has been received in our warehouses and after checking its condition, a new product will be shipped at no additional cost to the client.
